Seoul, Korea – The poster for the much-anticipated movie Reign of Assassins was released on August 31. The movie is directed by John Woo, the most recent recipient of the Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement award at the the 67th Venice Film Festival, and stars Jung Woo Sung and Michelle Yeoh.

The first thing you will notice is the intense look in Jung Woo Sung’s eyes. Behind that look lies the mysterious appeal of the character Jiang, a secretive action hero who wields a sword.

Behind him stand world-class star Michelle Yeoh and Barbie Hsu, who is known in Korea for starring in the TV series Meteor Shower 2. The poster makes you wonder what the relationship between these three characters might be.

Reign of Assassins tells a story of a man who has no choice but to forsake his name and lose face to gain ultimate revenge. The movie will premiere in Korea on October 14.
