Seoul, Korea – June 19, late 8pm, Seoul City opened a Beachwear Fashion Aquacade near the Dongdaemun Fashion Town, under the Chunggye Chun Ogansu Bridge. The event was held over water, the only fashion show of its kind in Korea.

This was the third year this event was held, beginning 2008. The show was a three-part performance.


Part 1 was the opening performance and the fashion show. Part 2 involved audience participation on “I’m a Chunggye Chun Fashion Star,” where members of the audience tried a walk down the catwalk. Part 3 was a congratulatory performance and event, followed by the fashion show finale.

Congratulatory performance of the last part was by the Midas Belly-Dance Team which gave a fantastic show, and following the finale, the models stayed around the photowall for anyone to take pictures.
