Seoul, Korea – Girl group f(x) member Krystal is making her debut as an actress on the MBC sitcom More Charming by the Day.

Krystal will be playing Jung Soo Jung, the niece of Kim Sung Soo, in the sitcom. Soo Jung is a stubborn high school student who comes to Seoul over school break to attend an academic institute.

Her character is a “cute liar” who borrows money from Sun Ho by acting like a foreigner who speaks awkward Korean and tricks doctor Ji Won into thinking that she wants to go to medical school.

The name Jung Soo Jung in the sitcom is actually Krystal’s real name as well.

More Charming by the Day producer, Sa Hwa Kyung, said, “Jung Soo Jung, who has a lively, active character, will be involved in various episodes with other characters. Her role will give life to the sitcom.”

f(x) has has recorded the sitcom’s theme song, “I Love You, I Love You.”
