Seoul, Korea – Located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, the Imperial Palace Hotel’s Café Amiga began serving Red Ginseng Yeongji Samgyetang on its menu on July 1.

It is a health-invigorating food, and its price is jaw-dropping.

The Red Jinseng Yeongji Samgyetang is made from a dozen different Oriental medicinal herbs, six-year-old red ginseng, and a concentrated brew of yeongji mushroom (Ganoderma incidum Karst). The soup contains only a small amount of fat and is made from Korean chicken, rich in essential amino acids, calcium, and DHA. It is literally the best energy-boosting food during the summer months.

The cuisine will be on the menu all throughout July and from the 6th to the 9th of August. Visitors will have to call a day ahead of time for the chef to prearrange for the dish.
