Seoul, Korea – Hallyu star Choi Ji Woo has enthusiastically joined in an effort to help African children through a special photo exhibition.


From June 27 to 30, a charity photo exhibit titled “Choi Ji Woo – Africa in My Heart” was held at the Seoul Cannon Plus Gallery.


The photo exhibition, cohosted by World Vision and Canon Korea Consumer Imaging, features pictures taken of Choi Ji Woo in Swaziland when she went there with World Vision last April. The Swaziland trip was made into a documentary and aired as “Prime – Choi Ji Woo, Africa in My Heart” on MBC.


On the 20th, a representative of With Culture said, “All proceeds from the exhibit will be used for water projects through World Vision.” Choi Ji Woo installed a water hand pump for the locals and served as a fine model of realistic volunteering.
