Seoul, Korea – KBS’s female anchor Lee Ji Ae (29) and MBC’s male anchor Kim Jung Geun (33) will be officially tying the knot this October.

The families met on the 22nd and gave their blessing. The couple have been dating for less than six months.

The two share several things in common, one of which is their devotion to the Christian faith and another, their job, which is said to be a big reason the two fit well together.

Kim Jung Geun entered MBC in 2004 through open recruitment and is currently anchoring MBC’s “Sports News,” “Green-Silver Sweet Hometown,” and “Volunteer Work Project Hope – Sharing is Caring.”

Lee Ji Ae joined KBS in 2006 through open recruitment and became the network’s poster anchor via the popular program “Imagination Plus.” She is currently anchoring KBS’s “Live Info Source.”
