¡°Hyeonsi¡± Exhibition at the Doosan gallery

Seoul, Korea – ¡°Hyeonsi (úÞãÊ)¡± a private exhibition by artist Jung Soo Jin, will be on display at the Doosan gallery in Jongno from September 2 until the 29th.

Jung Soo Jin says that in order to understand the abstract images and essential truth from conversations, we need objective views, not just typical views.

Among the many images in Jung¡¯s works that fill the screen, there are many images that are familiar to us, such as people, faces, plants, and other objects. Jung presents the possibility of various interpretations by showcasing the types and color of each shape with a mechanism of action and multiple dimensions executed with overlapping and superimposed structures.

These attempts to find these basic, conceptual structures that enable a variety of shapes to produce forms in that structure is the visual language that Jung is trying to establish.

This exhibition will provide an opportunity to glimpse how the multidimensional geometry of her visual language unfolds through the images the Jung presents.
