New project from director Kim Byung Wook of High Kick…airs on tvN in November

The recently revealed poster shows actors Ha Seok Jin, Lee Young Eun, and Kim Dong Yoon in two versions of a ‘rural office’ concept.

The first poster was shot with a background of a stock brokers office in the middle of the farmlands with the line ‘Meeting losers in Saencho-ri’, and the second poster showed them wearing formal clothing on the upper half of the body with training pants, and rubber boots on the bottom to show that they are working in a rural area.


The trio of Saengcho-ri showed off a lot of teamwork by making the atmosphere very light even though it was the first time they were shooting.

It was said that the actors were busy taking selka pictures of themselves because they had on wardrobe that they have never worn before.

A representative of tvN productions remarked “Posters for projects by director Kim Byung Wook always have a sense of mystery and twists”, adding “Just as the conspiracy theory of the ‘Shin Se Kyung monster in his previous project High Kick, this new project promises the fun of trying to figure out how things will work out”.

The comedic rural office melodrama Once Upon a Time in Saengcho-ri will begin airing once a week beginning on Friday, November 5th, at 11pm on tvN and will have a total of 20 episodes.
