Seoul, Korea – Hero (director Kim Hong Ik), a movie about violence in academies, is set to open on November 18th.

Hero has been gaining attention for its combination of academies and vampires, making it a unique production concept. It freshly uses the dilemma of being the aggressor to not become the victim, a common idea among this generation.

Playing the role of ‘Shim Dan’, who wants to turn from a weakling to a hero but has to take another life to survive, is newcomer Kim Hyung Gyu.

It also stars former god member and musical actor Son Ho Yeong, Lee Da In, who starred in the dramas The world they live in, and Marry Me, and former Sugar member Han Yae Won, who has made her mark as an actress by starring in On Air.
