Song Hae Gyo¡¯s first foreign project ¡®Fetish¡¯ to open on the 25th
On the 16th, the production company Starfish Pictures confirmed the release date of Fetish and also released the main poster.
The revealed poster shows a red-lipped ¡®Sook Hee¡¯ (Song Hae Gyo) touching the blonde hair of Julie (Athena Curry) and looking in another direction. At the back, ¡®John¡¯ (Arno Frisch) looks on Sook Hee with a suspicious look.
You can feel the unusual tension between the three people from the image, and the writing ¡°Can I really borrow it?¡± prompts curiosity regarding the movie.
Fetish is a psychological thriller telling of the struggles and desires of Sook Hee, who gets married and moves to the US to deny the life of a shaman.
This film was first shown to great discussion at the ¡®13th Pusan International Film Festival¡¯ in 2008 for the Gala Presentation World Premiere section, and is directed by Son Soo Bum, who was invited to directors¡¯ week at the Pusan International Film Festival and the Cannes Film Festival for his debut movie A fish in the water does not get thirsty.
