Preventing women¡¯s hair loss through lifestyle
Seoul, Korea – Hair loss is usually defined as a condition where hair is non-existent in the scalp where it should be and is usually means that thick, black hair is falling out.
Losing 50-70 hairs each day is normal, more than 70 can be taken into suspicion of hair loss, and a loss of more than 100 strands usually means hair loss.
Recently, the number of women suffering from hair loss in Korean as rapidly risen to a high number of around 4 million.
The reasons for this rise in numbers, aside from genetics, include stress, fatigue, pregnancy, unbalanced hormones, and dangerous dieting.
Thus, as there are more cases of hair loss due to the latter than the former, it is important to treat hair loss through changes in environment and lifestyle.
Fist off, to cure hair loss, one must figure out where heat is produced on the head and let it out. According to eastern medicine clinics, the kidney is usually in control of the heat emission in the body. Thus, if hair loss is due to damage of the kidneys, then one must focus on treating the kidney.
Also, another way to prevent hair loss is through maintaining the right lifestyle, with eating three square meals a day, avoiding over-working, over-eating, and avoiding smoking or drinking alcohol. To maintain metabolism, foot baths and half body baths are a good idea, and maintaining a clean scalp can help prevent hair loss in women.
