Seoul, Korea – Actress Han Chae Young recently signed a contract with Creative Artists Agency, the most prominent entertainment and sports agency in Hollywood.

On August 11, Han Chae Young’s management agency, BH Entertainment, announced, “Ms. Han recently signed a contract with CAA and will begin spending more time on expanding her horizons overseas.”

The agency that successfully landed Lee Byung Hun in Hollywood, CAA is known for organized and professional management of talent. Lee and Han are also signed with the same management agency in Korea.

Han, who has been seeking to break into entertainment on the other side of the Pacific, considers this contract a strategic foothold to support her interests overseas.

Han Chae Young had initially planned on a Korea–New Zealand joint film project, Soulmate , but when inside affairs led to cancellation of the project, she started to seek opportunities in the US.

CAA was established in 1975, and is often cited as the leading talent agency in the US. The agency’s notable clients include Steven Spielberg, Brad Pitt, Tom Hanks, Nicolas Cage, Julia Roberts, George Clooney, Will Smith, Oprah Winfrey, Derek Jeter, David Beckham, and various other world-class stars.
