7 days since opening…Audiences rave about interesting plot and storytelling

According to statistics from the integrated system of the movie promotion committee, The Unjust, which opened on October 28th, took in 81,391 ticket sales on the 3rd, taking the no.1 spot on the daily box office chart.

With a total of 966,889 ticket sales until now, it is certain that it will pass the 1 million mark today (4th) and considering that November is a slow month for theaters, this record should be taken seriously.

Analysis concludes that the reason for this success is the casting of acclaimed actors such as Hwang Jeong Min and Ryu Seung Bom combined with the storytelling of a conspiracy between the police and prosecutor’s office and the directorial capability of director Ryu Seung Hwan, has people talking about the movie.

On the same day, Late-night FM, which has been no.1 at the box office before The Unjust premiered, fell to no.2 with 13,104 ticket sales.
