[±Û·Î¹ú] Healthy side-dish: vegetables alliums fistulous

Seoul, Korea–In my childhood, I vaguely remember my mom's dish with vegetables and sea weeds. Back then I didn't even place my chopsticks near the dish.

But I now make the dish myself. I guess this is a sign that I am getting older.

Lately I have to purchase large amount of alliums fistulous for making several kinds of kimchi. Some were left so I made the sweet and delicious vegetable dish.

I have to say, vegetables around this time taste the best. Season the greens with soy sauce and sesame oil are unbelievable. With this dish, you can¡¯t keep track of how many rice bowls you could empty.

[Recipe]

¢¹Ingredients: 2 handful alliums fistulous (vegetable), sesame 1/2 small spoon

¢¹Sauce: Soy sauce 1/2 big spoon, powdered red pepper 1 small spoon, sugar 1 small spoon, and sesame oil 1/2 big spoon.

Boil the trimmed vegetable in clean water for short.

Cut the boiled vegetables in 3~4cm.

Roast the seaweed and tore into smaller pieces.

Make the sauce based on the ingredients and boil them for awhile. Add some sesame when mixing.

This dish is the favorite dish for the family.

It tastes great when eaten with just-cooked rice. As this is the dish is the best around this season, why don't you try it now?

Alliums fistulous (vegetable) is known to good for anticancer and also for the immune system. It also is a warm food makes the kidney and spleen healthier and helps release stress.

There are more benefits of the vegetable so make sure you intake it!
